The service, provided by the fantastic gardeners, housekeepers, and attentive waiters, is impeccable, although marred by unprofessional and rude receptionists. The prime location offers easy access to the beautiful beach and opportunities for excellent snorkeling, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing vacation. The dining experience, while successful, lacks variety, particularly during lunch times. Overall, a great value for money choice with some room for improvement in service and dining.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, though a bit old, were spacious and made with good quality furniture, but could use some renovation. The pool view from my room was delightful. The service was excellent, with staff paying close attention and going the extra mile, offering room service, car hire, dry cleaning, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The location was amazing with perfect facilities and top-notch cleanliness. However, the dining options, especially for dinner, were not up to par. Despite this, it was one of my best vacation stays, and I will definitely return.
